  • BMC Team Car Gets Serviced at Daisy Import
    07/26/2009 8:57PM
Ben recently attended the Air Force Classic professional cycling races in Virgina, wherein he met and had dinner with the riders and team management for the BMC squad.  During the evening it came to light that the BMC team car, a 2001 Volvo, was not running at its best; in fact, it was barely running.  Ben agreed to service the team car and return it to the team at the races in Philadelphia the following week.  Through Ben's extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive repair industry he was able to get the team car in tip-top shape to the delight of the team at his other business next door to BPB, Daisy Import Auto Care.

  • HED Wheels and Products Now Available
    07/09/2009 8:53PM
BPB has managed to forge a relationship with yet another great manufacturer of cycling products.  Steve Hed began what was to become his vocation in humble fashion, working on an aero wheel in his garage at home. This quickly led to an interest in all things aerodynamic.  Now, 20 years later, HED cycling products designs and manufactures 16 different models of composite wheels, exported worldwide and used in events from the Tour de France to the Hawaii Ironman to the pretigious North Oaks triathlon championship. Every single wheel is still handmade.
